The Minister of Finance decree no. 359 of 2008 with regard to the amendment of the Minister of Finance decree no. 554 of 2007 concerning the implementing rules of the social security law 79 of 1975 published on 10/7/2008.
The periodical book no. 21 of 2008 issued by the Tax Commissioner of the Egyptian Tax Authority with regard to exempt the added special increase to the basic salary from any taxies or levies taking into account that this exempt is not extended any other bonuses or allowance as a result from adding the special allowance to the basic salaries.
