The law no. 147 of 2018 has been issued to be enforced as from August 15th 2018 amending the income tax law no. 91 of 2005 concerning the override of the delay fines, additional tax and penalties, amended some provisions of law no. 14 of 2018 in addition to freeze of law no. 79 of 2016 concerning the finalization of tax disputes.

The Ministry of Finance has issued the decrees no. 379 & 380 of 2018 amending the withholding tax percentages for the importation of supplying according to the article no (67) of income tax law no. 91 of 2005 and article no 59 concerning the withholding tax percentages of the industrial and commercial activities.
