The Minister of Finance has issued the executive regulation no. 991 of 2005 of the Income tax law no. 91 of 2005 to be enforced as from December 28, 2005. Attached is pdf of the mentioned regulation. The MOF has issued also the first generation of the income tax returns which were 7 returns.
Five tax returns are dealt with all types of individuals’ income, one tax returns legal persons and the last one for the legal persons whom are owned by the State. The mentioned returns are used for the financial year ended December 31, 2005, except for the legal persons which are owned by the State.
