Law no. 70 of 2010 with regard to grant a special increase for State employees issued on 22/5/2010. Law 73 of 2010 with regard to the state budget issued on 22/5/2010 concerning the amendment sales tax on cigarettes, adding a new item (9/d) to article 47 of the sales tax law,
amend the state resources development levy on license quarries exploitation, adding a new paragraph to item 17 of the first article of the State resources development levy, amend the third paragraph, of article 78 , item[4] of the article 133 , and replace the phrase of “ tax due’ to ‘from taxable due” of income tax law 91 of 2005 issued on 24/5/2010.
